We have used Kelly for a few projects now… he fits the bill for all of them! Close your eyes and think big luxury: exposed beams, steam shower, soaking tub, bidet…. that was our dream bathroom and he gave it to us! Fast forward.. selling our home and wanted to touch some things up. Wanted to modernize but on a budget for resale, but needed our home to look as amazing as our bathroom. No problem, he made that happen too! He took an ugly staircase to a lower level and worked with an iron worker to transfer it into a beautiful iron banister. We are in a new house and just itching to put him to work again! Can’t wait to start on the projects here!

Kelly Patterson is many levels above any other contractor I've worked with. Based on a referral from a friend, we had Kelly come out for a walk through/bid for a kitchen remodel in 2020. After meeting with him and discussing our vision, we didn't even bother to seek the standard "three estimates," and there are NO regrets. In addition to the kitchen, Kelly adeptly managed replacement of flooring throughout our home, to include new baseboards, and also designed and constructed a new fireplace mantle. The results are outstanding!

Kelly set and managed expectations, provided excellent communication, was polite, respectful, CLEAN, responsive, and is one of the nicest most generous people a person could meet. We have a few other projects on the horizon, and there is no question as to who our contractor will be. Kelly was really budget minded and offered many suggestions for keeping costs down. We had a number of bids and unlike many others, his communication was by far the best. Text are answered promptly and phone calls were returned in the early evening. If you don’t want to manage every minor detail just let Kelly know and he was willing to order from suppliers. He even printed out suggestions from which to choose your finishes. If you are looking to remodel, Kelly is my only choice. if he is busy… I’ll wait!

I was introduced to Kelly by a mutual friend when I was looking for a contractor to do some remodeling work on our house. I tried him out with a small project to build a shed for my grills. That led to a major remodel of our kitchen and dining room. We were so pleased with Kelly’s work that we hired him to remodel two bathrooms and the family room. I’ve always wanted a steam shower, Patterson’s made this happen for us! He took a nice bathroom, and turned it into an awesome bath with my dream steam shower. My wife and I looked at photos of work Kelly had completed, as well as others on Pinterest that we liked, and Kelly made it all a reality. We purchased all the finish items (facets, tile, fixtures, etc.) and Kelly took care of all the other materials (electrical, plumbing, framing, etc.)

I think one of the advantages of using Kelly, is he know all the areas of the building trade. He personally did the framing, wiring, plumbing, tile, even the finish work.

We are very please with the outcome of our new bath, and get many complements on the transformation.
